What type of electric scooters do you service/repair?

We service/repair a wide range of electric scooters including popular brands like Kaabo, Dualtron, Inokim, Xiaomi, Segway etc. We deal with all the scooters regardless of their make and model.

Do you do puncture repairs on electric scooters?

Yes, we do puncture repairs on electric scooters.
Puncture repair starts from $25*.

Can you install solid tyre on my scooter?

Yes, we can install solid tyres on a variety of scooters.

We do not recommend installing solid tyres on a scooter which does more than 30-35km/hr (depending on the model).

How often should I get my electric scooter serviced?

We recommend servicing your electric scooter every 6-12 months depending on your usage, or sooner if you notice any performance issues. Regular maintenance helps prolong the lifespan of your scooter. It also ensures that your electric vehicle is safe and reliable for everyday commute.

How do I know if my scooter needs a service?

If you feel any drop in performance, excessive noise, slow braking or any other abnormality, we recommend taking that as a sign to get it serviced.

It is better to book your scooter in for even a basic service than waiting for a minor issue to become a major headache and result in an unsafe ride.

What is the turnaround time for the repairs?

Our general turnaround time for repairs is 1 day, provided we have the necessary parts in stock. If we need to order parts, the turnaround time may be longer depending on availability and shipping times.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services for repairs?

Can you fix my scooter while I wait?

Yes, we can fix your scooter while you wait, depending on how busy we are and whether we have the necessary parts in stock. We’ll give you an estimated wait time when you drop off your scooter.

How much would it cost to just have a look at the scooter and find the fault?

Our minimum diagnostic fee is $25.0 which covers 15 minutes of our time to find the fault. If we need additional time to find the issue, we will always confirm with the customer before going ahead.

If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be billed as a part of the labour cost and no additional diagnostic fee will apply.

How much does it cost to fix or service an electric scooter?

Repair cost vary depending on the issue. Contact us based on your scooter's needs. We offer competitive pricing and transparent service.

After the initial assessment, our technician will confirm the cost of repairs with the customer before going ahead with the work.

Is there any warranty on repairs?

Yes, all repairs come with a 4 weeks warranty. If you experience any issues with our work within that time period, we'll fix it at no additional cost given that the fault is same as before or directly related to the repair.

Any accidents or attempts to self repair will void the warranty.

Especially in case of puncture repairs, we note down the ODO of the vehicle (supported models). Any further damage on the road or failure to keep the tyre pressure in check after the repair won't be covered under warranty.

Can I purchase spare parts from your store?

Yes, you can purchase spare parts from our physical store or online.

Please note that we cannot cover any parts under warranty if we did not install them.

Otherwise, all spare parts come with 3-6 months of warranty.

Do you provide services for electric mopeds?

Absolutely! We provide servicing and repairs for electric mopeds in addition to scooters and bikes.

Do you repair fat wheel golf trikes or trundlers?

Yes, we repair and service electric golf trikes, 2 wheel golf scooters, golf trundlers etc.

Do you do repairs under warranty if the product was not purchased from your store?

Yes, we can cover your repairs under warranty even if it was not purchased from our store given that the store where your purchased it from agrees to cover the cost of the repairs.
If it is a store which we do not regularly deal with, they will need to pay for the repairs before the vehicle can be collected.

What can I do to get the best range out of my scooter?

You could follow some basic steps to make sure your scooter runs efficiently.

  • Checking the tyre pressure regularly. Each tyre has their own recommended pressure, please check the tyre's sidewall for those specifications.
  • Do not exceed the weight limit specified by the manufacturer.
  • Do not run the scooter on full power or speed.

Please note that the ambient temperature makes a significant difference in the range. During the winter season, you will notice a drop in the range especially during the morning time. We recommend storing the scooter in a warm and dry place to keep the battery at the ideal temperature.
