At ERide Hub, we strive to ensure that every product or part you purchase works perfectly for your needs. However, due to the nature of our industry and the importance of product compatibility, we have the following clear and fair returns and refund guidelines:

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing an order.
π§ Parts Purchased Online

We do not accept returns or refunds for parts purchased online if:

The customer selected the wrong version or model.

The part was not compatible with their scooter.

π¦ Returns Due to Fault or Defect
If a product is faulty on arrival, weβll gladly assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no extra charge under our Warranty Policy.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable).

Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned item before approving a refund or replacement.
π° Deposits on Pre-Orders

All deposits made for pre-ordered products are non-refundable, unless:

ERide Hub fails to deliver the product within the originally stated lead time, plus a grace period of 15β20 days to account for shipping or supplier delays beyond our control.

π¦ Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a confirmed product fault, ERide Hub will cover return shipping costs.

If the return is not approved, or the issue is found to be due to misuse or incompatibility, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Products damaged due to customer misuse or modification.

Opened or installed parts, unless they are found to be faulty.

Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
