Warranty Policy β ERide Hub
At ERide Hub, we take pride in the quality of our repairs, parts, and electric rideables. Our warranty policy is designed to offer fair coverage while protecting both you and our business from avoidable issues. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
π§ Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by ERide Hub come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. This covers any fault that directly results from our repair work.
β Whatβs Not Covered:

Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Water damage or moisture exposure (e.g. riding in heavy rain, pressure washing, submersion).

Partially completed repairs: If a customer begins a repair and we complete it, the job is not covered under warranty.

Puncture repairs are excluded from this warranty. Any exceptions are based on the discretion of our staff and consider odometer readings from the previous fix and the current one.
π Important: Any issue with a repair must be reported to ERide Hub immediately. Delaying attention to a minor problem may result in a more serious fault that could void your warranty, as we were not given the opportunity to fix it early.
π§© Parts Warranty
Warranties on parts only apply when the parts are supplied and installed by ERide Hub.

Brand New Parts (installed by us): 6-month warranty

Second-Hand Parts (installed by us): 3-month warranty

Customer-supplied or uninstalled parts: No warranty
π Battery Warranty
Batteries installed by ERide Hub are covered under warranty only if:

The battery is installed by our team.
-
The battery is charged exclusively with the original supplied charger.

The battery is used and stored within manufacturer guidelines.
Any battery faults due to:

Overcharging
-
Deep discharging
-
Incorrect chargers
-
Negligent storage (e.g. excessive heat, cold, or full discharge)
will void the warranty.
β‘ Wired2Ride E-Bike Warranty
The following Wired2Ride electric bikes come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty, supported by ERide Hub:

Trike Model T3
-
Jewel Cruiser
Manufacturer Warranty Includes:

3 years of coverage on parts with proven manufacturing defects.

Initial service within 6 months or 500 km (whichever comes first).
-
Ongoing service every 12 months or 2000 km (whichever comes first).
Exclusions:
-
Tyres, brake pads, and other consumables.
-
Damage due to misuse, water ingress, or poor maintenance.

Customer-responsible costs for transport in cases of misuse or neglect.
This warranty is administered by the Wired2Ride manufacturer. ERide Hub can assist with claims, but approval is at the discretion of the supplier.
π΅ New Scooters & Golf Trikes Warranty
All new electric scooters and golf trikes sold by ERide Hub include a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
Not Covered:

Damage from accidents, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or misuse.

Water damage from rain or washing.
-
Wear-and-tear items (e.g. tyres, brake pads).
π General Warranty Terms

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims (receipt, invoice, or digital record).

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

Warranty claims may require inspection. If a product is found not covered, an inspection/diagnostic fee may apply.

Customers are responsible for transporting their product to and from ERide Hub unless otherwise arranged.

We aim to complete most warranty repairs within 7β14 business days, depending on part availability. Youβll be notified of any delays.

Any unauthorised software or firmware modifications will void the warranty.
